Jamie Salazar, LE, CPT, CLO, LSO Founder • Licensed Esthetician • Advanced Skin Specialist Jamie Salazar was raised inside the treatment room. Growing up in her grandmother’s and aunts’ esthetics practice, she began learning the foundations of skin health and beauty at just 13 years old. After struggling personally with rosacea and highly sensitive skin, Jamie developed SkinAlchemy’s Calm Balm, a barrier-repair formulation created for reactive, compromised skin when traditional products failed. Jamie holds extensive advanced training in laser treatments, microneedling, PRF, phlebotomy, chemical peels, advanced exfoliation, UV lash technology, plasma pen, and paramedical scar camouflage tattooing. As the spouse of an Army veteran and the mother of five children, Jamie brings resilience, precision, and a long-term healing focus to every client experience.
Tannii Ashbaugh
Tannii Ashbaugh, LMT, CMT, RMT Director of Operations • Neuromuscular Specialist • Regenerative Skin Advocate Raised in the field of dentistry, Tannii Ashbaugh developed an early understanding of anatomy, tissue health, and clinical standards of care. In the early 2000s, she became a licensed massage therapist specializing in neuromuscular rehabilitation and recovery-focused care. Her background later intersected with regenerative medicine through dentistry and PRF-based healing therapies. Tannii’s passion lies in hands-on transformation, whether she’s helping clients rebuild tissue health or working on projects at her home in downtown Fort Collins. Together, Jamie and Tannii are redefining men’s aesthetics through restorative treatments that support recovery, confidence, and lasting results.
